Equipment Management Database

acsEquipment is a database application designed to manage your company or organisation's in-house equipment. A comprehensive range of information can be stored against each equipment item, including purchase history, location, maintenance history, PAT testing data and calibration readings.

  • PAT Test Records - Although PAT testing itself is not required by law, the consequences of any electrical faults should be a cause for concern. Timely PAT testing helps to identify electrical defects that come with use and thus in keeping you and your staff safe. acsEquipment helps in this task by keeping all the details of your electrical equipment, including an audit trail of all past PAT tests, in one central database. Standard reports identify items that are becoming due for PAT testing and equipment that failed the last test.
  • Equipment Maintenance Records - Store details of maintenance work and service visits, along with associated costs.
  • Equipment Calibration Records - Keep track of equipment items that require regular calibration; thermometers, thermocouples, weighing scales etc.
  • Create your own reports with Report Builder, a comprehensive report generator - all standard reports have been built using Report Builder.
  • Can be used as a starting point for a customised bespoke application.
  • Price includes 12 months telephone / email support.
  • Designed to run under Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, (32 & 64 bit), Server 2003/2008/2012.
  • Delivery/Installation can be arranged separately, if required.
